Seeks to catalogue what the Divisions and Interest Groups are doing to diversify their membership and to make all their members feel included; that is, to ensure that all members feel welcome, that their voices are heard and valued, and that they can fully participate in the activities and decision-making of the AOM. In addition to cataloguing this information, the committee will share it with the Board, the Divisions and the Interest Groups.

Plan meetings that allow all members of the executive committee to meet via Skype. This is more challenging than usual because members of the executive committee reside all around the world. Take notes during meetings to produce the meeting minutes. Keep lists of executive committee members and their contact information, including their Skype ID.
